Here at FCGC we teach skills for life through gymnastics. One of the primary things that we teach in every class is fundamental movement skills. The twelve fundamental movement skills are: balancing, running, jumping, catching, hopping, throwing, galloping, skipping, leaping and kicking. Gymnastics equipment is a great way to help develop these skill while at home. While most people have a ball or two around, you might not have all of the equipment you need to do gymnastics at home. So, if you are looking to expand your capacity to play at home, we’ve made a list of things you might interest you. Hire from FCGC: To hire from FCGC, simply email us via info@fcgc.com.au advising of what equipment you would be interested in hiring!
