FCGC stands for Finding Confidence Growing C​haracter. 
FCGC is a professionally run club with a foundation built on excellence in our four corner stones:

FCGC has a focus on positive experiences for participants based on fun, fitness, friendship and physical fundamentals and provides opportunities for all members to develop skills for life. 

FCGC provides pathways through gymnastics to help develop skills for life in a positive, safe and inclusive environment. Our programs allow participants from 6 months to adults to Find Confidence and Grow in ​Character.  

FCGC Gymnastics was established as a not for profit gymnastics club in 1981 with the following mission statement. 
  • To encourage community health, welfare and physical education
  • To encourage, develop and promote the sport of gymnastics​
  • Provide programs that promote fun, fitness, friendship and movement fundamentals in a safe, inclusive and positive environment
  • To offer opportunities to develop skills for life for members through positive experiences
  • To encourage and develop cooperation between members of the club


With a small hardworking volunteer committee and dedicated staff, coaches, members and gymnasts we are very proud of our achievements over the last 35 years and excited about the future of this fantastic community club.
