If you are keen to try gymnastics for the first time then this is where you should start!

10 year old	Gymstar 2	1 hr & 30 min
11 year old	Gymstar 3	1 hr & 30 min
12 year old	Gymstar 4	2 hrs
9 - 12 years old	X-treme Gym	1 hr & 30 min
13 - 17 years	Teen Gym or BIG	Teen Gym: 1 hr & 30 min BIG: 1 hr & 30 min OR 2 hrs & 45 min
17 years +	Adult Gym	1 hr & 30 min
