Friday Night Hype is the perfect way to keep children entertained to give grown ups the night off! 
Each Friday Night Hype has a different theme to keep children engaged and excited about the activities they get to take part in. Scroll down to find out more about each activity theme. 

Friday Night Hype -

Drop off - 6.30 pm
Structured activities will run until 8.30 pm
Pick up between 8.30 pm - 9.00 pm 

Friday Night Hype sessions open to children 5-12 years who are currently attending school. Sessions are open to both FCGC members and non members. 

 Each sessions costs $35

Ninja night
Train like a ninja! Work on parkor jumps, landings & rolls, swing through our ninja rig and test your skills through obstacle courses. 
games night
Games night is so much fun! It includes playing real life board games like Snakes & Ladders, Connect 4, Twister plus more. As well as classic party games like Musical Chairs, Pass the Parcel and Freeze. Kids wont be able to keep the smiles off their faces!
girls only & boys only nights
Girls/Boys Only Night is a gymnastics based session that allows every participant to express themselves in a comfortable and supportive environment while trying and learn new skills! Participants will have time to use all of the gymnastics equipment plus learn some really fun gymnastics skills!
ASD STRUCTURED Play night
ASD structured play is when a coach or group of coaches begin to guide participants through activities by offering some directions or guidelines. We find that these structured activities can help participants better understand the idea of sharing, taking turns with others and social interaction while working on dominant movement patterns and gross motor skills. 

Grown ups are able to attend these sessions to assist their child. We do not offer one on one coaching in these sessions. 
DISCO night
Put on your dancing shoes and get ready to party the night away! 
This sessions will include 1 hour structured gymnastics activities and 1 hour of disco dancing and prize giveaways.
