Utilising the customer portal

Login to the customer portal using your Email and Password.  If you have done any programs or classes with FCGC you already have any account.  Please do not create another account. If you have forgotten your password you can reset it.  If you do not know which email you signed up with please contact our customer service team - [email protected]
VIEWING YOUR  PREFERRED VENUE
The organisation code for our iClass Customer Portal is
  • Footscray Venue = fcgc1​
VIEWING YOUR CURRENT ENROLMENTS
  • Select "My Account” up the top of the page  
  • Select "Enrolments" under student you wish to view
 NOTIFYING OF ABSENCE
  • Before class start time select "My Account” up the top of the page  
  • Select "Future Absence” under the student who will be absent 
  •  Select "Record a Future Absence”  
  • Follow the prompts and add the date of the absence and the class that will be missed.  You can also leave a comment if you wish  
  •  "Submit Request” 
  •  A make up token will be automatically generated after the missed class has finished that you can use while student remains actively enrolled in the class (make-up tokens expire 6 months after the date issued). 
  • If you wish to receive a makeup token, you must submit the future absence before the scheduled class start time. 
BOOKING MAKE UP classes
  • Select "My Account” up the top of the page  
  • Select "Makeups” under the student you are booking the makeup for  
  •  Select "Request”    - if there is no request option you do not currently have any make up tokens available on the students account
  • Choose the date you are wanting to book the Makeup class for under "Choose a makeup date"  to see classes available
  •  "Submit Request” once you have found the date and class you're wanting.   
  • We will receive your request, check and confirm.  You will receive a confirmation email once we have confirmed your request.  
BOOKING OTHER PROGRAMS AND EVENTS
To book other FCGC classes, program and events including, open gym, holiday program, Friday night Hype sessions and competitions
  • Select "Booking" from top left hand corner of page
  • Select what event or program you would like to book 
  • Select who you would like to enrol
  • Select enrol now
  • Add to cart 
  • Confirm and submit

​REQUESTING TO DROP AN ENROLMENT
  • Select "My Account” up the top of the page  
  • Select "enrolment" for the student you wish to drop the enrolment for
  • Select "Drop enrollment" on the right-hand side 
​To ensure no further charges are applied to your account the drop request will need to be submitted before the end of the month. As per the Clubs Tuition and Payment Policy, the Club does not issue credits and refunds. Upon the club receiving the request it will be processed and class dropped at the end of the month.  An e-mail will be sent to you confirming your drop from class.
