GymSkills 1 - 4 & Open

GymSkills 1-4 introduces gymnasts to routines and optional gymnastics competitions. The GymSkills program is designed to help gymnasts build confidence through presentation of routines and skills while also still focusing on fun and engagement with their team mates and coaches. ​

Gymnasts in this program work through the skills based on our Bronze, Silver and Gold Curriculum.
Gymnasts have the option to attend competitions and events throughout the year to showcase their hard work and skill.
Our GymSkills program focuses on developing skills of fitness and health including strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and spatial awareness, while improving the gymnastics foundations of spring, landing, swing, statics, locomotion, and rotations.
​We foster character growth through the development of skills for life such as patience, teamwork, cooperation, effective communication, social skills and the acceptance and consideration of others. Structured progressions allow for the mastery of gymnastics skills and routines.

Class Length: 2.5 hrs
