FCGC has a focus on positive experiences for participants based on fun, fitness, friendship and physical fundamentals, providing opportunities for all members to develop skills for life.
FCGC provides pathways through gymnastics to help develop skills for life in a positive, safe and inclusive environment. Our programs allow participants from walking to adults to Find Confidence and Grow in Character.
FCGC Gymnastics was established as a not-for-profit gymnastics club in 1981 with the following mission statement.

- To encourage community health, welfare and physical education
- To encourage, develop and promote the sport of gymnastics
- Provide programs that promote fun, fitness, friendship and movement fundamentals in a safe, inclusive and positive environment
- To offer opportunities to develop skills for life for members through positive experiences
- To encourage and develop cooperation between members of the club
