Hoping you could pass on a massive thank you to all the team involved in Atticus birthday party at FCGC.
All the staff there on Sunday were so incredibly friendly, helpful and wonderful with the kids. From helping with the setup, to running the gym session, and everything else… The FCGC team went above and beyond.
The kids who attended had an absolute blast, and the parents who attended equally so! (A couple of parents even asked if you did adult parties too, lol).
Thank you again for making my little guy’s 4th birthday a super special day.

FAQs
What is the structure of the party?
All parties follow the structure below but are flexible and can be adapted on request:
- Everyone meets in our waiting area and then coaches will lead all children downstairs ready to start activities
- All parties start off with a game and quick stretches and then a 30-minute themed skills session (Gymnastics or Ninja)
- Following the skill session we have food time. There is roughly 20 minutes for food, however this is flexible, and we base it on how long everyone takes to eat.
- At the end of food time we present the cake sing happy birthday
- Whilst the cake is getting cut up, participants will get free time in the gym and be given the opportunity to take a group photo (about 20 minutes)
- The last 15-20 minutes of your party is for eating cake, handing out any take home gifts and winding down from all of our fun activities
WHAT IS THE COST?
$660 for 1 - 20 participants.
Participants include the birthday child and any child on the gym floor.

Do PRE-schoolers have to have a grown up with them?
Yes, everyone who is not currently attending school must have a supervising adult with them at all times.
Can siblings join in?
All parties have a maximum amount of participants. If, for example, your party is capped at 20, we can only have 20 participants on the gym floor due to safety ratios. So if you have extra places available in your guest bracket then yes siblings can join in.
What happens if i have more guests turn up than antcipated?
Unfortunately, we may not be able to cater this. We will allow as many children onto the floor up until you reach the top of your guest bracket.
IS FOOD SUPPLIED?
No.
Families are invited to bring along any food and drink (no alcohol) that they would like to serve their guests on the day. We recommended light party snacks, we have a fridge available for you to use.

What do i need to bring?
Anything you would like to offer your guests. This may include food and drink as well as decorations and party bags.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
A $50 non-refundable deposit will be taken at time of booking. In the event you need to cancel your party the $50 will be credited to your account as long as we have been notified 1 week prior to the party date.
The remainder of the balance will be taken 1 week prior to the party. (Cancelations within 1 week will receive a credit for the party minus the $50 deposit).
