Our PreSchool classes focus not only on the physical development, but also cognitive, social and emotional development. 
Our aim is to introduce children into a structured learning environment that is fun and supportive.

PreSchool Gymnastics

Age - Walking to 5yrs + an assisting adult
(must not be in primary school yet)

Class Length - ​45 mins 
PreSchool Gymnastics is designed to help children learn and development fundamental movement patterns. The program allows children the opportunity to interact and learn with an adult (parent / guardian participation required in the class).  Participants will develop strength, flexibility, coordination, balance and confidence in a safe and fun environment, while also working on cognitive development activities to help create a physically and mentally strong child.

PreSchool Independent 4 yrs+

Age - 4yrs + 

Class Length - ​1 hour
PreSchool Independent classes are structured classes to develop skills for independent learning. During these classes, gymnasts learn dominant movement patterns through circuits and group time, as well as working on concepts and PMP (perceptual motor program) skills to promote school readiness.
