Ages - 8-13 year olds
Class Length - 1.5 hours
What they do - X-treme gym mixes Ninja skill and strength training with Gymnastics flips & tricks. Participants work on body control by developing a rage on skill sets on varying apparatus including our custom made X-Zone, Trampolines, Floor obstacle courses and much more! X-treme Gym is the perfect outlet for any child wishing to get strong and learn some cool skills along the way.
Ages - 13 - 17 years
Class Length - 1 hour 30 min
What they do - Teen X-treme is a fusion of gymnastics skills and agility training as well as strength and flexibility to keep teens moving!
Students will learn a mixture of flips and tricks on the trampolines, build strength and coordination on the bars and ninja zone and develop their agility as they combine all these skill on the floor apparatus.
These classes are student led. This means that at the end of each class all the group members sit down and plan what they would like to work on next week. This helps students feel empowered and take ownership and accountability for their actions.
