What they do - Through this class there is a focus on body coordination and control. We achieve this by assisting gymnasts in developing both strength of mind and body through challenging yet rewards physical activities in our specifically designed Ninja Zone. Gymnasts are able to learn at their own pace as they work their way through the ninja skill set.  ​
