Class Length - 1.5 hours
What they do - Teen gym is a program aimed to help teens develop physical and mental strength through a fun fitness program and by building social connections within their local community.
The program is gymnast led. This means each week participants will have input as to what activities and skills they would like to work on in the follow week. Our qualified coaches will then spend the week developing a class lesson plan the uses the participants ideas and is engaging for everyone.
Participants will have the chance to learn basic gymnastics skills but a majority of the class time will be focused on help gymnasts build body confidence through fitness.
