You may request to reschedule any class that you miss. Any classes missed due to illness, injury, personal holidays, or other personal reasons may be rescheduled in an equivalent class. Rescheduled classes are required to be arranged prior to the missed class. This can be done via the parent portal or with our friendly customer service team. A minimum of 1 hours’ notice before the enrolled class is required to reschedule a class. Gymnasts must be currently enrolled in the class they are rescheduling in order to attend. Once dropped from class gymnasts cannot attend reschedule classes even if they were booked while still enrolled in the class.
Please note - rescheduling will be dependent on class availability and if classes are full a reschedule may not be possible.
Customer Portal instructions for requesting a reschedule class 1) Log in to parent portal using your email address and password 2) In the class filters select the program the gymnast is enrolled and click on "submit" 3) Choose the class you wish to attend as a rescheduled class. Click on the purple button on the right hand side of the class. Either "waitlist" (a spot may open up) or "submit request" (a class that has vacancies) 4) Student will have a drop down menu. Select the student you wish to enroll for a rescheduled class. 5) In the box "anything else we need to know" please type that you wish to reschedule a class and the date you will be away and the alternate day that you wish to attend. 6) Click purple button in bottom right hand corner "continue enrollment". 7) Check the class details. Please note the start date will be today's date = request date. 8) Click add to cart 9) if you wish to add another reschedule request for another date or another child select "find another class" 10) Once all reschedule requests have been selected click on the purple "proceed to checkout" button. 11) All of the selected reschedules will be shown on this screen. Click purple "continue" button. 12) Click purple "complete transaction" button
