Our GymSkills program focuses on developing skills for fitness and health including strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and spatial awareness, while improving the gymnastics foundations of spring, landing, swing, statics, locomotion, and rotations. We foster character growth through the development of skills for life such as patience, teamwork, cooperation, effective communication, social skills and the acceptance and consideration of others. Structured progressions allow for the mastery of gymnastics skills and routines. There are opportunities to participate in optional events catering to individuals goals.
We offer both boys and girls classes as well as mixed gendered groups.
