The FCGC Gymnastics Internal Competition gives gymnasts an understanding of what to expect during a competition. Coaches will guide gymnasts through competition format and gymnasts will have the opportunity to perform their routines.
Gymnasts enrolled into Gymstar 3+, B.I.G., and Adult Gym are eligible to attend this competition.
