The program focuses on developing motor skills, character and confidence for all sports and life in general.  The aim is to improve balance, strength, flexibility and coordination in a fun, safe and engaging environment.  Our programs utilize age appropriate teaching methods, and foster character growth and confidence through the development of skills for life such as team work, cooperation, effective communication, social skills, and the acceptance and consideration of others.  Classes provide structured progressions to expand physical literacy and opportunities and activities to develop AUSVEL (school curriculum) skills.
